Refund policy
1. Order cancellation (before processing)
If your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse, you may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund (including delivery charges). However, please note that once an order has entered the processing phase, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns and refunds
If you return an eligible item within the specified period, you will be refunded the value of the product (excluding delivery charges).
If the item is defective or damaged, we offer you the following two solutions:
Redeem the discount code on your next purchase.
Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment (but shipping costs will not be refunded).
If the item is damaged or leaks due to shipping problems, we will provide you with a full refund (including shipping costs).
If products are missing from your order, you are entitled to a refund (excluding delivery costs).
Refund delayed or not received?
Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days, but your bank or payment provider may take longer.
If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please contact us first to confirm the status of your return.
Then contact your bank or payment provider for an update on the status of your refund processing.
Situations in which refunds are not applicable
Second-hand items: Second-hand items cannot be returned or refunded.
Non-refundable items: items marked «Non-refundable» cannot be returned or refunded.
Packages not collected: If the customer does not collect the package and the package is not returned to us, no refund will be made.
Returns not made via UPS: Returns must be made via UPS, otherwise the customer will be responsible for the loss of the package and no refund will be made.
Lost, damaged or misdelivered parcel?
If your package indicates that it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service department immediately by e-mail.
We will process your request within 15 days and help you resolve the problem.
Age restriction declaration
Our products are sold only to customers aged 18 and over.
If a minor places an order using his/her parents' means of payment, the responsibility lies with the parents.
No refunds will be given unless the item is eligible for return (unopened and re-saleable).
